hey everybody! this is robbie l. updating this awesome spectacular community. i hope everybody is keeping up with pumping iron (i know i have...almost). but due to some recent feelings of ugly, it's time to go hardcore. i'll be in the weight room every night this week, regardless. i'd like to make these nightly trips as early as possible, but due to circumstances, some nights might be real late, or possible uber early, if you catch my drift. experience the magic!!

Hi, Steve and Rob here with the first official Weight Room Club entry. We went earlier today, it was cool. Did some working out, Rob did some running but not as much as he has been doing lately due to the fact that he ran 5 miles the other day. Sometimes we call him Mr. Marathon. Steve just did some lifting and then followed that up with some extreme sitting. All in all it was a good time.
